Call it Sleep: Press | Love & Oils

Oh, how I wish I had had a diffuser and lavender, (and maybe more to the point, cedarwood–even cheaper!–and marjoram) when I was waking up at 3 a.m. to work, and drugging myself at 7:30 p.m. so I got enough sleep to function!

If anybody gets it, it’s Robin Roberts. Well, and mamas of newborns. Naptime was sooo much better with Baby #2 over Baby #1…
